All referrals MUST come through the NWA Continuum of Care & meet 1 of 4 eligibility categories.

The Fayetteville Housing Authority will not accept direct referrals for this program.

Housing Opportunities

HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER PROGRAM

Qualifying families are able to find their own housing, including single-family homes, townhouses and apartments. A housing subsidy is paid to the landlord directly by the Fayetteville Housing Authority on behalf of the participating family.

HOMELESS VETERANS ASSISTANCE

Under the HUD/VASH federal program, the VA provides long-term case management, supportive service and housing support to homeless veterans. The Fayetteville Housing Authority provides long-term housing assistance.

Hillcrest  Towers Raised Garden Beds

The FHA is delighted to announce that our Hillcrest Towers residents are adding Raised Garden Beds to enrich their outdoor living space.

In addition – members of the NWA Community can memorialize/honor a loved one by sponsoring a raised bed for $375. Commemorative plaques are included and have room for three lines of text. There are multiple outdoor spots available for sponsored garden beds.
